Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Techon LED, Chandigarh, we specialize in customized LED display solutions, manufactured specifically to client requirements. As such, most of our products are not eligible for return or refund once an order is confirmed and production has begun.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged during transit

  • The product does not match the approved specifications in your order

To be eligible, you must:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide proof of purchase, photos/videos of the issue, and packaging details

  • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized LED boards (including video walls, digital standees, rate boards, etc.)

  • Products manufactured as per your project specifications

  • Items damaged due to mishandling, improper installation, or power surge

Refunds (if applicable)

After inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Recheck your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your bank for processing timelines

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged, and

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

Shipping Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs (unless damage was caused by us or during delivery)

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking
